Medication isn't the only treatment option for ADHD.
We want our patients (and adults researching ADHD who land on our site) to have access to all treatment options. There is no "one size fits all" approach in the treatment of Adult ADHD.
Although our practice specializes in medication treatment, we believe there are other options worth trying first, or alongside medication. Below is a growing list of resources that can help treat ADHD symptoms without medication, often at a lower cost (sometimes free!).
Please note: These recommendations are based on research and patient feedback. We do not claim guaranteed symptom relief. Please do your own research as well.
