Concierge Program

We are pleased to offer our Millennium Concierge Program as a complimentary service to all of our patients. Since access to better and more affordable mental healthcare relating to ADD/ADHD is what we were founded on, this program offers unbeatable value, convenience, and personalized care for our patients.

As soon as you become our patient:

  • You are automatically enrolled in our concierge program

  • You are assigned a designated patient liaison who will answer non-medical questions and pass along messages or questions to your provider

  • All check-ins with your provider between appointments to discuss treatment are 100% free, whenever you need them

  • No more long waits, and no time lost driving across town to pick up a paper prescription since any prescriptions are transmitted electronically to your pharmacy after the appointment with your provider

  • If you need another appointment, simply text or call your designated patient liaison with no hold time, and they will follow-up with your physician on available times and dates. If there are medication issues, your designated patient liaison will pass along the information to your provider who can respond to you in a prompt manner via email, phone call, video telehealth appointment, or an in-person appointment
