The New Patient Process
Step 1: Learning more about you comes first, which starts with our proprietary ADHD pre-assessment and medical history review. ✔️✔️✔️
Step 2: Our clinical team will review your pre-assessment and medical history within 24 hours to determine medical eligibility for evaluation. You will be notified of the determination via your preferred contact method indicated in Step 1.
Step 3: Qualified candidates will receive scheduling access for a full-length 60-minute telemedicine psychiatric evaluation with one of our ADHD-certified providers.
Step 4: During your first appointment, our providers will carefully evaluate your symptoms while discussing your pre-assessment and medical history. This thorough psychiatric evaluation helps determine if ADHD is present and if treatment would be appropriate. We'll help you understand how symptoms may be impacting your life and discuss potential treatment options if diagnosed. [Learn more about what to expect during the initial visit here.]
Step 5: For patients meeting diagnostic criteria, we will request your blood pressure reading to ensure medication would be safe. We will send you instructions on how this can be done at home, or at your local pharmacy, doctor's office, or urgent care facility.
Step 6: If blood pressure results are within acceptable ranges and medication is prescribed, your prescription will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.
Ongoing Care: Whenever you need them, follow-up appointments to discuss treatment are always 100% free.
