Integrative Medicine

Not everyone with ADHD is a candidate for treatment with stimulant medication, specifically if one has cardiovascular issues, depression, or a history of drug abuse.

Integrative medicine for mental health is a whole-body natural approach, utilizing multiple fields of medicine and nutritional sciences.

Because there is no single cause of ADHD, we look for and detect the underlying causes of the disorder and address the causes using natural treatments.

Natural treatment can be done in conjunction with stimulant medication, psychotherapy, and/or neurofeedback, for the goal is to help patients regain mental wellness. This is done with individualized metabolic testing, nutritional therapies, and dietary interventions along with traditional medical treatments, including medications.

Because there is no single cause of ADHD, we look for and detect the underlying causes of the disorder and address them using natural treatments tailored specifically for you. Multiple factors can trigger symptoms of ADHD and the most fundamental causes are: genetic, neurological, environmental, and nutritional. For some, it’s one of these factors, and for others it’s many.

How it works:

  1. Intake (40 - 60 minutes): Review your full case history and discuss lab options

  2. Lab results (60-90 minute): Blood work review and supplements/or medication treatment plan developed

  3. Follow-ups: We just make sure the treatment plan is working and going well.
